| Abstract | This paper presents the Retail Makeover Typology (RMT) under the New Retail Concept Development (NRCD) umbrella. First, the roles of retail Makeovers are discussed. Next, the four types and four dimensions of the multilevel RMT are presented, and are illustrated with 'real world' examples. Research propositions to guide future research conclude the paper. |
