Two novel cyclodepsipeptides (1 and 2) along with three known compounds (3-5) were isolated from a New Zealand isolate of a Cladobotryum sp. The structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated from NMR and HRESIMS experiments, and the absolute stereochemistry of 2 was established by X-ray crystallography and chemical degradation. Compounds 1 and 2 were both cytotoxic against murine P388 leukemia cells. Two novel cyclodepsipeptides (1 and 2) along with three known compounds (3-5) were isolated from a New Zealand isolate of a Cladobotryum sp.
