Vocational education and training provides a constructive and meaningful role in promoting education, training and employment opportunities for Indigenous peoples in Australia. First, the paper overviews Australia's national Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander strategy for vocational education and training, Partners in a Learning Culture.
