| Abstract | This project investigates the extent of any spatial mismatch between locations of greater housing affordability and locations of employment opportunity in Melbourne. The project then investigates any tenure effects in this relationship, and the importance of the transport system in mediating between divergences in housing affordability and employment opportunity. The project concludes with discussions of State and Federal government policies and potential directions for future change. |
