| Abstract | This article reviews a number of important changes to Australian copyright law in recent years, and in particular the Digital Agenda amendments, the introduction of moral rights and the proposed changes to the control of parallel importation. It evaluates the likely significance of these changes for the publishing industry in Australia and concludes the changes appear to have given copyright owners greater control over published material and may be changing the nature of Australian copyright law. |
