Implementing integrated development teams (Integrated Teaming) on larger, more complex projects is becoming a more common practice, yet formal processes to facilitate inter-team collaboration is not yet widely practiced. Drawing from Integrated Product and Process Development (IPPD), this paper postulates a set of integrated teaming process expressed in the purpose/outcome format that is conformant with the requirements outlined in ISO/IEC 15504. In this way, organizations may develop and assess their capability with integrated teaming against the measurement framework described in ISO 15504.Implementing integrated development teams (Integrated Teaming) on larger, more complex projects is becoming a more common practice, yet formal processes to facilitate inter-team collaboration is not yet widely practiced.
