| Abstract | This article brings together a wide variety of perspectives on risk communication and public health, introduces risk and the perception and theory of risk communication, analyzes the relationship of risk assessment, risk management and risk communication, explores the benefits and barriers of stakeholders and and the principles and best practices for effective risk communication, and exemplifies the cases of risk communication, in order to clarify the relationship between risk communication and public health, and to understand the reasons that risk communication improves the effectiveness of dealing with public health emergency and for its long-term influence in public health emergency. |
