| Abstract | Bouts of strenuous exercise in sedentary individuals acutely increses cardiovascular risk with a 100 fold increased risk of myocardial infarction immediately following exercise and 40% of all patient who experience myocardial infaction reporting repoting physical activity as the trigger. |
