Abstract Research reveals that many in the film and TV industry have a poor knowlege of occupational health and safety practices. The poor OHS culture found in the Film and TV industry can be transformed through proffessional development and appropriate training sponsored by a partnership of eductaional institutions, governments and industry stake holders.
