The last few years have seen much talk and interest in the concept of the “new economy” — new ways of producing, consuming and circulating wealth. Work is becoming transformed by the convergence of information and communications technologies as new industries are said to be emerging.

Knowledge Demands of the New Economy explores how the new economy impacts upon the post-compulsory and training sector.
